Industrial Floor Warranty

Tufco Industrial Flooring is warranted for a period of five years, subject to the following conditions:

• Customer must agree to Tufco recommendation for blending resin formula.
• Certified Tufco personnel, under the direction of Tufco Flooring design specialists, must install floor.
• During the first three years following installation, the Tufco Floor is unconditionally warranted for its normal and intended use, and will be replaced or repaired at no charge should problems arise.
• During the fourth year following installation, Tufco will pay 75% of the cost of any needed floor replacement or repair, and the customer will be required to pay 25% of the cost.
• During the fifth year following installation, Tufco will pay 50% of the cost of any needed floor replacement or repair, and the customer will be required to pay 50% of the cost.

Decorative Floor and
Coating Warranty

Tufco warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Under this warranty, Tufco or it's local representative will provide at no cost, replacement material or at it's option, refund the purchase price of the material proven to be defective when installed and maintained as specified in accordance with recommendations by the Tufco corporation.

This warranty is designed to protect the purchaser from 2 causes of industrial flooring failure.

• De-bonding: from improper surface preparation.
• Cracking: due to improper material design.

This warranty will exclude:

• Structural failure in the substrate and improper slope.
• Moisture migration or hydrostatic pressure.
• Impact holes or extreme physical abuse.
• Chemical attack not approved by Tufco.

Claims must be made in writing to Tufco within 60 days of system defect within warranty period. Absence of such claims during this period will constitute a waiver of all claims with respect to such products.

Length of warranty will be determined by a Tufco Representative based on substrate conditions.
