Closed Edge Ceiling Tile System:

Arcoplast's patented, high-density, insulated closed-edged drop-in ceiling tile is revolutionizing suspended ceiling systems. The added thermal performance of the closed-edged tiles provides significant energy savings while reducing condensate formation on the ceiling's surfaces - critical in high containment processing facilities.

Cement-Core Lay-In Tile Systems:

Arcoplast's innovative drop-in ceiling tiles with a non-combustible cement core are essential for critical environments that require additional fire rating and surface protection. This high impact, non-hydroscopic and high gloss ceiling panel meets the requirements for interior finish material as defined by Title 27, Chapter 1, Subchapter 5, Article 5, of the Building Code of the City of New York.

Directly-Fastened Systems:

Arcoplast large, durable composite panels are directly attached to the building's existing structure, providing a sound and unparalleled strength-to-weight ratio. The fiberglass composite panels can be engineered and manufactured with various substrates to accommodate structural, environmental and processing requirements, creating endless design flexibility.

Walk-On Systems:

Arcoplast large walk-on ceiling panels were developed for facilities requiring full accessibility in the plenum or interstitial space. Load-bearing capabilities can be engineered for punctual loads of up to 250 lbs as well as distributed loads ranging from 10 lbs to 70 lbs.
